I make it. I just use instant coffee, a spoon of peanut butter, and some milk.

Mood: Disappointed in myself

  1. I spent the whole day with my husband, and I really enjoyed his company.
  2. I am learning to crochet, and it is coming along nicely.
  3. We took Mojo to the vet, and she is nice and healthy.
  4. My daughter didnā€™t call to complain about her college roommate all day, so it sounds like they are getting along better.
  5. I have been staying well within my calorie count, and that is great!
  6. I have a great family and am very happy- I have a great life.
  7. I just bought a bunch of makeup and new clothes online, and I am excited for them to arrive.
  8. I just learned that my dad will be okay to fly by Thanksgiving (he had surgery recently), so he is going to try to come visit.
  9. After visiting her grandmotherā€™s and fatherā€™s houses, my daughter has decided that we (me and her stepdad) arenā€™t so bad, and she wants to come home for the holidays after all.
  10. I have already started Christmas shopping, so I will be very prepared by the time it comes around. Yay!

I am having trouble thinking of positives, but I will try:

  1. my mom came home from her interview today
  2. the interview went well
  3. i had the best chimichanga for dinner
  4. my cat slept in my room and it was adorable
  5. i slept a lot and it was nice
  6. i found an interestig genre of documentaries that i like to watch (about life in prison)
  7. my cat gave me several kisses today
  8. a plumber came by and fixed our toilet and sink
  9. i had some really good chicken fettuccini alfredo for lunch
  10. i helped my grandpa make his food

edit: I forgot my mood which is pretty chaotic

  1. Husband let me sleep in.
  2. Received help on the Eastern Star mailing.
  3. A pretty woman talked to me.
  4. The cashier was nice.
  5. Watched ā€œThe Darkest Hourā€ - movie about Winston Churchill.
  6. My daughter helped with dinner.
  7. Got my rechargeable fan for my trip next weekend.
  8. My hubby was very supportive today.
  9. Had some tasty grapes.
  10. Comfy in bed now.

I liked it. The acting was phenomenal!

I was surprised to find myself actually focusing on it. Especially since today has been a rough one re:Sz symptoms.i did have to get up and move around periodically.

Mood :- energetic.

  1. Woke up after a good sleep but was still a little bit drowsy from the medication.
  2. Drank some apple cider vinegar
  3. Went outside to get some sunshine for a little bit and try to wake up.
  4. Took a freezing cold shower to wake up.
  5. Put on some nice clothes and made sure I was smelling good.
  6. Made a big fruit smoothie and enjoyed drinking it.
  7. Went to dunkin donuts and watched an hour of my show.
  8. Took a little nap and woke up feeling refreshed and the drowsiness had gone away.
  9. Read 30 pages of my book.
  10. Went to work and listened to a 3 hour podcast and worked on languages.

Current mood: loved, appreciative

  1. I visited my sister today!

  2. I got to see my nieces!

  3. I took my oldest niece out for ice cream and special bonding time

  4. It was nice, because she almost never gets to do things without her sister anymore

  5. I got to snuggle my youngest niece while my sister did some errands

  6. Mr. Star came with me!

  7. He spent a long time interacting with everyone, more than usual.

  8. I had a delicious dinner

  9. I got to play outside

  10. Iā€™m spending the night, and tomorrow Iā€™m going to my cousinā€™s baby shower.

  1. Slept in.
  2. Went to movie rental shop and bought 17 DVDs and Blurays for $1 each.
  3. Got the best hugs from my daughter.
  4. Watched 2 movies and 1 tv show today.
  5. Talked to my oldest son - heā€™s going to come work with us. At least until he can find something closer to his home.
  6. Got some dishes done.
  7. Enjoyed time with hubby.
  8. Went to the fruit and vegetable stand and got some nice produce.
  9. Fixed stuffed bell peppers for dinner.
  10. Dinner was yummy. Lol!

Mood: A bit low. Perplexed and a bit agitated

Insomnia is improving - waking up at 5am instead of 2/3am

I had help to clean my flat yesterday

We also fixed my shower screen as it was making my bathroom floor flood for ages

I took a long walk in the morning as found some old headphones I forgot I had that sound really cool

I sent flowers as an apology to my aunt as I had an argument with her at work Thurs/Fri and I didnā€™t behave properly - but it made her happy.

I had bacon and eggs for lunch which was a nice treat!

I spoke to my step-bro, he put his phone on airplane mode because someone upset him, and I was the first person he called which was nice to hear

My nan lost her husband a while ago, she is on ADā€™s now, I called her to make sure she is ok

I can only think of 8 things. I guess thatā€™s pretty good going. Thanks for this thread. Thinking of the positives I sometimes struggle with which is why I am only replying now :slight_smile:

  1. I saw my new-born nephew today;

  2. I took some beautiful photos of my new-born nephew today;

  3. I did around 50 minutes of physical exercise;

  4. I read for more than 30 minutes a book by Marina Abramović;

  5. I was able to make my video game work;

  6. The day was amazingly sunny and beautiful;

  7. Iā€™m getting better at meditation;

  8. I saw my nephews (other nephews) via video-calling;

  9. I had some sun bath while walking outside;

  10. I realized Iā€™m becoming slightly more mindful.

  1. Woke up to a nice cool cloudy day outside of my window;
  2. Fed my goldfish this morning he/she looked so delightful after eating.

  4. Finished reading the last chapter of the two big books about French Enlightenment;
  5. Had a deep-thinking conversation with hubby about modern history of China;
  6. Had a nice chat with a QQ friend;
  7. Went out to eat lunch at a fast food restaurant;
  8. Did a mini research on peopleā€™s perfume personalities which made me understand myself better;
  9. Cleaned my kitchen and bathroom;
  10. Applied some Cool Water perfume to my wrists before going out.

iā€™m quite lonely as i decided to be distant with my friends because they werenā€™t supportive of my recovery. i havenā€™t been single in years and now i feel so lonely. iā€™m afraid iā€™ll never trust anyone again.
