Because that’s bullish*t. I’ll put it simply; I was laying on the couch in my apartment and I started thinking how much people use to depend on me and how people can still depend on me. The neighbors picked up on it and are now trying to sabotage me into not being dependable. Yeah, they’re that rotten and underhanded. I’ve dealt with the other mentally ill people in this building long enough to know how tricky they are psychologically. They learned some underhanded tricks from being mentally ill.
@77nick77 How did you arrive at this conclusion? How would the neighbors pick up on what youre thinking? And how would they be able to make you less dependable?
Have you let your pdoc know that youre having these thoughts?
I’ve learned a little while going head to head with neighbors for the past 6 years.. People are control freaks who are incredibly sensitive and intuitive.
nope, not buying it…you’re unstable…roxanna used to talk like this about her neighbors…someone else did it a while back…we keep telling you you are unstable and should tell your pdoc…do you? nope…are you asking for help or just want to hear ppl’s opinions?
Well, you automatically think everybody going through problems are delusional or unstable which can be very offensive. I do tell both my doc and my therapist this stuff.
Don’t get offended man, he thinks Stephen King is going to read his book ![]()
he’s the most delusional person on this forum.
Do your pdoc and therapist give you advice on how to deal with this?
Noone wants to be offensive towards you. In fact, the opposite is the case. We owe it to you to provide honest feedback.
Knock it off @TheCanuk Youre not being helpful.
Yeah, they say ignore the neighbors and put on your headphones. That’s one solution. IDK, weird stuff goes on here.
If you want honest feedback @77nick77 , your neighbors can’t read your mind or “pick up” on your thoughts through the walls. I wouldn’t go as far as to call you unstable, but if you want the absolute truth, your pdoc and therapist are likely just trying to help you without challenging your beliefs. That doesn’t mean that they believe that its true either. Just that they aren’t willing to challenge you on it. It’s textbook for mental health professionals to do this one on one.
However, this is a forum with other members to consider and I’m not bound by these rules, and I’m hoping you will appreciate honesty. Probably unlikely though. Hoping you can see this logically though. Maybe I’m making a mistake being honest. Maybe this will make you angry. I don’t know.
Either way, this post belongs in unusual beliefs and I’m moving it.
No, this is good. But so much weird stuff has gone on in the past (and a little still goes on) that I have trouble figuring it out. Like I said, people are very intuitive and sensitive and the guy upstairs is doing his trip and the two ladies are doing their trip and I guess I jump to the wrong conclusions. It’s just freaky at the smallest noises the guy upstairs is able to hear. I mean it freaks me out.
