Why would the new neighbors mess with you? Why would any new neighbor do anything to you? They are probably trying to make a good impression because they are new around the area. Be nice Roxanna!

Have to call maintenance today. Usually dude can fix the problem. Ah, well I have to stop worrying about others. It feels like yay another five years of this. I have not been feeling good the past few days.

You really need to get over the paranoia about your neighbours sweet. They probably are living their own life, not giving you a second thought.
Best is to avoid them until you stop hearing them
Its seems common, especially if you live in flats. Your gonna hear other people - and then your mind twists it - and you think your under threat.
I had similar. Its just the illness. But i appreciate its not easy to get over.

I’m sorry that you are treatment resistant. When I was delusional I needed reality checks.
This is my reality check to you. Your neighbors are not talking about you. They are not going to kill you. You neighbors are only trying to make a good impression because they are new to the area.

My neighbors talk trash about me. They say “he doesn’t work, he is a nutcase” etc… but I don’t care. What are they going to do about it?
Most people are cowards Roxanna. They wouldn’t dare to do anything. That includes your neighbors.
They are probably nice people trying to make the best of their new living situation.

I had similar delusions. Try to go for a walk and keep you head clear. Then talk to your doctor about it and take your medication as prescribed.

I would suggest you start doing something different rather than stay at home and listen to what your neighbors are doing. Their lives are probably just as pointless as ours.

It’s hot as heck here.i really want to join ymca here in town. Yeah I do walk and cycle. I realize a lot of is in my head. I’m tired. I live in a hell of voices people and mood. Thanks y’all.
