@TheBest I’ve stopped all my supplement experimenrs. Taurine boosts your energy but can be sedating at 3-5 gs

I have tried Taurine and it did nothing but make me extremely ill, I got light-headed and sick to my stomach and it temporarily did something to my short-term memory (it came back after the taurine left my system).

I had never heard of this before. I take a multivitamin. Maybe it’s in there. I don’t know

I take magnesium taurate. Interesting. Energy drinks also contain taurine and niacin.
