Taurine. Maybe that's why schizophrenics get addicted to energy drinks?

I’ve got a bottle of it. I’ll take 1000mg a day for a while again and see how I get on. I’ve no idea why I stopped taking it previously but I’ll find out soon enough I guess…

Ya but energy drinks have a lot of caffeine, sugar, and chemicals that outweigh the benefits. Plus, they are expensive.

What ways has taurine improved your health?

Yes, energy drinks are a really bad way to get taurine. That’s for sure.

I’m using this

I took it for a very short while previously and stopped. Like I said I can’t remember why I stopped. So I didn’t notice any beneficial effects.

I’ll keep people posted on how I get on this time.

People are likely to get addicted to the caffeine and sugar in energy drinks more than beneficial effects of taurine.

Taurine is one of my weightlifting supplements I take on a regular basis. Citrulline, taurine, and AAKG are a great pre-workout cocktail.
