one of my friends has olanzapine 5mg pack and since i have a hard time sleeping i would prefer to start.can three types of antipsychotics be taken together? these would be amisulpride, quetiapine.

No! Never take someone else’s meds! Your doctor needs to monitor your reactions. And so e can interact badly.

it’s only about 5 mg so i can sleep normally.
Why not ask your psychiatrist? Are you on any antipsychotic?

Doesn’t matter. What if you have an allergic reaction. On top of that, taking other people’s meds is a criminal offense.

I take amisulpride and olanzapine my olanzapine dose is 5mg and amisulpride 200mg
But I don’t know about quetiapine with olanzapine . I did take it first ap I tried but when I switched to olanzapine I did it with pdoc help
In 2013 I was taking amisulpride and stopped it and ran out then took my husband’s haloperidol. Big mistake! It didn’t work and I ended up in hospital
Please be careful - different people handle different meds differently

Nothing to be ashamed of, its your health. Taking it illegally is shameful. Tell him your problem and ask for Olanzapine.
Some AP med combinations are known to cause heart problems. Don’t take anything not prescribed as it could literally kill you. Just tell your dr you want to try it
so I set up my doctor for olanzapine, I talked to him today he said let’s try it then. I asked if I could have trouble with three types of antipsychotics he said I don’t think so.

You Dr knows more than us. If he says its safe then its safe. I honestly never head of problems mixing antipsychotics, I took 2 for some time, no issue.

Olanzapine from what I read.
I prefer Risperdal, not as much weight gain and as strong as Olanzapine.
i take down the seroquel, try it on myself.
I took 200mg ot 2 months, 1 week 100mg 2 weeks 50mg then quitting, so my doctor said last time.
and stay on olanzapine and amisulpride 
Olanzapine is meant for short term treatment of schizo. It is advised to monitor liver function regularly. It can affect the liver adversely. But it is recoverable once discontinued.
5 mg is a good enough dosage. It still has a lower dosage 2.5 mg.
