Its fine as long as your Dr prescribed them. These aren’t really high doses.

I’m sure you will be fine with the meds. I take 2 antipsychotics, clozapine and Invega as well as lithium and Prozac. I’m monitored monthly as seem to be doing ok.

I’m on amisulpride as well (200mg) and also olanzapine (5mg). In hospital I was taking 400mg and 10mg respectively. I’m also on lamotrigine (200mg).

My previous pdoc wanted to prescribe me quetiapine as well, for helping me sleep, but I refused her suggestion.

But if a pdoc says it’s ok to take three AP’s then it shouldn’t be a problem

im taking rexulti and ziprasidone together. If doctor prescribe you those meds, yea its okay.

it’s alright I’m on 3 antipsychotics too and has been so for 10 years. If you don’t experience side effects you can’t live just continue your meds.

I was on 2 at the same time. As I was transitioning from Olanzapine to Lurasidone for about 2ish years. My doctor warned me about possible interactions but still prescribed both for me.

I’ve heard other people mention they have been on 3 at the same time before.

I had a bad experience on just 1 antipsychotic (Haldol) than I did when I was on the 2 listed above which I didn’t have any interactions with. So the fact that you are on 3 doesn’t necessarily mean you will run into problems. Also keep in mind everyone reacts differently to these medications. You could be totally fine while another person runs into problems.

How long have you been on this combination? If it has been a while and you are doing good you’ll probably be fine. If it is the same doctor prescribing all three he would know about any interactions and warning signs to look for.

According to the drug interaction checker on WebMD there are 0 interactions between these medications (Enter their generic names into the checker to see for yourself: amisulpride and cariprazine and olanzapine).
