Yes I take Fluvox with Geodon and Seroquel. No issues. But of course you should ask your doctor.

I take 2 ADs and 2 APs. Without this combo i become very symptomatic and suicidal.

Your doctor should be in charge of your depression medicine and your antipsychotics. Some can work together and be even more effective in combination, others can cause terrible things because of how they work.

How you even have access to these without your doctors say is bizarre to me…

There was medicine called Symbiax.
It was combination olanzapine with antidepressant Prozac.
I took a different antidepressants with olanzapine, so in theory you can.
Consult with your psychiatrist.

Yes, I’ve been taking an AD (Zoloft) and AP (Seroquel) for 18 years. They say it’s for the synergistic effect. Synergy. Anti-Depressants deal with Serotonin; Anti-Psychotics deal with Dopamine. Try to restore/replenish the balance of neurotransmitters.

I take an antipsychotic and an antidepressant, but I’m not bipolar. Many people with bipolar can’t take antidepressants. It’s best to talk to your pdoc about this.

I’m a very rare case cause I can not take SSRI without getting sleepless agitated and manic all though I’m a hard to treat Paranoid Schizophrenic. I take two of the most Calming antipsychotic on the planet.

Yeah I been on Clozaril and Zoloft for 10+ years.

Yeah there’s no issues. I take Venlafaxine and Lithium with Ziprasidone and Clozapine. Please talk to your pdoc. They’ll have a better idea of what works best for you.
