Switching to keto diet

I heard about a study a doctor from Harvard performed the doctor’s name is Dr Christopher Palmer his study said that keto diet helps the mind in different areas including mood disorders schizophrenia and different other disorders I’m really excited it’s going to be hard though

@Jinx this diet is going to be hard but I was on it for a month (without this suggestion) and felt AMAZING! Are you going to try for it? I plan getting Dr palmer’s book for my birthday

@Wave @everhopeful my Dr keeps an eye on my kidneys so I should be okay if things go down hill I should know it before things get dangerous the kidneys can heal amazingly

I’m not on a Keto diet but instead I’m on a low carb diet and my moods have stabilized greatly
