I found a good regiment that has improved my sleep.
Magnesium Threonate
Melatonin
Phospatidyl choline
Those are the ones I’m sure makes a difference to me.
I also take fishoil before bed, but I’m not really sure that does anything. Except taking oil before bed might still hunger later on.
What sleep supplements do you find useful?
L-theanine really helps my sleep. I take just 150mg before sleep. (I take more during the day though)
From pubmed
Conclusions: Our results suggest that L-theanine is effective in ameliorating positive symptoms and sleep quality in schizophrenia. The MRS findings suggest that L-theanine stabilises the glutamatergic concentration in the brain, which is a possible mechanism underlying the therapeutic effect.

That’s convenient. I gave up coffee because of ulcer issues and am drinking green tea now, maybe that also contributes

Just melatonin 3 hrs before bed, then at bedtime my regular massive pdoc med regimen. Ordinarily puts me right out.
