Sulforaphane (broccoli sprout extract)

Which I found to be excellent (for me anyway)

The one I received today is more potent.

So if anything dramatic happens I’ll report back.

It is quite potent. I only took 1 capsule and I’ve felt dumbed down and sedated all day.

Do you feel the same way in your l theanine? I feel far more focused and relaxed in the l theanine… It’s Soo much that I have to readjust to feeling ok lol

Yes, it’s similar to higher doses of L-theanine actually.

The suggested dose is 2 capsules, but I think you should definitely start off on 1 and see how you feel.

Yes I have tried Sulforaphane as well, it helps alot and is harmless, no side effects. However the effect only lasts about 6 hours and then it wears off. Also it has a sedative effect, it makes me tired.

I took a teaspoon of brocolli sprouts now before bed. Hoping for some sedation that some of you mention.

I tried vitamin B8 (Inositol) and it had an extremely strong sedative effect, it leveled me for the entire day, I was so tired I couldn’t get out of bed all day, I slept the whole time and didn’t wake up until it wore off. It had a strong positive effect on my symptoms but it also totally FRIED my brain, my cognition was screwed up, I couldn’t think straight. I didn’t take it ever again and it took like 5 days for my cognition to come back, it would all but kill me if I took it again.

Inositol doesen’t sedate me at all. I have taken 1-2 grams for a couple of years. Nothing bad has happened.
