I’ve ordered broccoli sprouts extract

It arrives today. Thought I’d try the broccoli sprouts extract. Each capsule has 5mg of sulforaphane from broccoli sprouts.

Is it very expensive? I read an article about broccoli sprouts extract being possibly beneficial for people with our condition

It was this one:

Yes, that’s why I ordered some. Their not expensive, I only paid £13 for a months supply. It should be here in a couple of hours.

You can easily sprout your own at home. I just watched a YouTube video about it. It looks easy to do.

Here’s how to sprout your own at home.

I learned that broccoli sprouts have 48 times more sulforaphane than regular broccoli.

My broccoli sprouts just came.
I opened 2 capsules and added them to water. Major broccoli taste, yet very sweet. I guess broccoli sprouts have a sweetness to them. Like sweet broccoli. I’ll update in a couple of days. I took them about 10 minutes ago.

Day 2.

I feel balanced. I mowed my sisters lawn today.

Do you really feel it like a dose of lion’s mane is felt?

No. There’s no mind altering stuff going on with broccoli sprouts. Lions mane didn’t really agree with me. Since taking the broccoli sprouts my anhedonia (lack of pleasure) has improved. I’m listening to music again. It could be coincidence.

I do feel like I have more motivation. I happily mowed my sisters lawn.

That’s good to hear, Green. I’m hoping that it does something to. If it could lower our med usage then that would be great. Where did you order it from? Im in Europe.

Is it safe with invega and depakote? I’ll ask my doc

I bought mine off

The brand is “silvertown health”.

It was about £13.
