I have made a two month diet of brocoli extract (prostaphane brand). I haven’t noticed extraordinary improvement in motivation although I succeeded in going to Paris to see an exhibition which was a challenge for me : maybe placebo effect? I have been diagnosed hypertension during the diet : probably not due to brocoli but rather obesity. In conclusion, it is hard to evaluate the benefit of sulphoraphane supplementation.
