If your on meds don’t be afraid to tell your doc you need new meds when your feeling bad.
Svvs, you know you have to be brave ! i’ve been suicidal also and i have these thoughts in my mind constantly, think of your loved ones, they need you to be everyday near them!, please don’t listen to these thoughts! think of your dear ones!
