100 pushups
10 series of 5 pushups with 10 seconds break
5 series of 10 pushups with 25 seconds break
And around 10 chin-ups in between
Nice. It would take me about 2 weeks to get 100 pushups done. Lol
I do series of 5 and 10. That’s easier
I’m doing sets of 50. I need to do them more often and that is the plan this week!

I can do maybe 15 correct push-ups at once, but then I’m done for at least 5 minutes. Your routine is awesome, @littlecrocodal !
I’ve gotten bad at pull-ups. I used to do 15 of those too. My back is weak now and I’m also overweight.
These days my main exercise is fast walking. Sometimes I squat too but not a lot.

Will attempt to get back into the weight lifting routine now that the city marathon is over and done with.
I’m thinking of introducing push-ups to my regiment. My initial goal is 3x15 each time I excersise.
I’m already excersising with 5kg dumbbells to train arms and do reverse crunches and dead bug to excersise stomach. Excersise takes between 30-45min.
I’ve also been running on a elipse machine lately. My health doesen’t quite permit jogging, so this is a good alternative.
