Crunch Cardio Salsa. I struggled with the last two dance combinations because they hurt my ankles. That’s from being too overweight. But if I keep it up, and other exercises, it will improve.

I’ve thought about starting to do push-ups again with all the spare time I have on my hands.
I used to be able to do over a hundred push-ups.

Iv just started doing push ups again too @Montezuma, I try and do them everyday it’s the only exercise I am motivated to do yet. I can do 40 max, one hundred is a lot damn, your know you were in the army. Hopefully I could get to that someday

When I was in the Air Force I was in pretty top notch shape.
The trick is to work your way up. And when you start getting past forty do them with breaks in between, to let your muscles rest.
Like do two sets of 25 push ups for about 3 to 4 weeks until you can do 50 in a row.
Then you can start working your way up even higher.
