STPD, new diagnosis

sup people, just wondering that if anybody else has or has had STDP (schizotypal personality disorder)? this is a new diagnoses that i just recieved. What the Dr explained didnt seem like me. He even said himself that i dont display or show that i have it, but with some testing that is their new possible diagnoses. I saw a couple non-official video’s about this disorder and some of the things they said matches more than what the Dr said (same diagnoses). any thoughts about this in general?

Schizotypal disorder description:
A disorder characterized by eccentric behaviour and anomalies of thinking and affect which resemble those seen in schizophrenia, though no definite and characteristic schizophrenic anomalies occur at any stage.
The symptoms may include a cold or inappropriate affect; anhedonia; odd or eccentric behaviour; a tendency to social withdrawal; paranoid or bizarre ideas not amounting to true delusions; obsessive ruminations; thought disorder and perceptual disturbances; occasional transient quasi-psychotic episodes with intense illusions, auditory or other hallucinations, and delusion-like ideas, usually occurring without external provocation.
There is no definite onset and evolution and course are usually those of a personality disorder.

ICD-10

It is more difficult to distinguish severe forms of Paranoid and Schizotypal Personality Disorders from Schizophrenia because of the difficulty in determining whether the paranoid ideation is of delusional intensity and whether the oddities of communication and perception are severe enough to meet the criteria for Schizophrenia. Furthermore, it is often difficult to differentiate the prodromal phase of Schizophrenia from the manifestations of some of the Personality Disorders since both Personality Disorders and Schizophrenia usually develop during adolescence or early adult life.

I’ve never had the diagnosis nor known anyone that has. Though I suspect there are a few.
