My diagnostic is non-specific psychotic disorder. By doing a little search, i think my diagnostic may be “Schizotypal personality disorder”. Is anyone aware of it?

Do you not hear voices or have delusions?
In fact i had two agudizations (psychosis/delusions) with hospitalizations. The normal sounds and voices were saying something to me (similar to hearing voices). The major problem was the persecutory delusions.

I was diagnosed with schizotypal disorder (which is now seen as being part of the sz spectrum rather than as a personality disorder) before getting ‘upgraded’ to full schizophrenic. Your symptoms sound too severe to be schizotypal disorder. Do you have negative symptoms?

I think there’s too much symptomatic overlap to merit separate diagnoses. I feel this way about many, if not all, of the sz spectrum disorders.

Sometimes i have negative symptoms yes, it was worse at beginning of AP treatment. I also think it’s more severe than “schizotypal”. Maybe esquizoaffective. I just think about this a lot of times because my diagnostic is not specific yet…
