Since I gave up coffee I didn’t need them for anxiety.
I still take broccoli sprout extract which gives me a nice subtle relaxed feeling for about 7 hours.
The last time I gave up L-theanine it didn’t work out and I went back on it after a month.
Lets see what happens this time …

Ugh. I’m not sure this is working out already. I might just go back on L-theanine tomorrow. Why mess with success.
I just feel better taking it.

oh the pro’s and con’s of meds. hope you find other lets for success to this problem. not chare were to start but.

i have had this paranoia anxiety spells for brief moments has happen why changing meds its a side affect. less talked about.
