I’m scared because you cannot smoke during (and ofc, after if you can avoid it) the treatment.
They say I need to actually really want to quit before starting treatment.

No, I’m nicotine free now. The cravings are fading big time. I wish I’d done it years ago.

I swear i know that one, because i have it. It didnt work for me. Im pretty sure it’s cysteine but the writing is polish so idk (its legal)

hey, it just subdued the taste or effect of cigs. i was smoking whilst using it, that’s how my friend said to use it
basically, i found it did kill my desire a little bit but not enough for the full course; i still have the tablets beside me rn; i haven’t tried it since. i got some luck tryna quit cold turkey for two days, and noticed that zinc supplements help with the cravings for cigs but the downside to zinc supplement is that it makes you eat more

No. Not that med but did the champix thing and it was amazing. If it works then it’s worth it. Nicotine is a horrible drug and getting off really turned my health and life around. I had money to spend on hobbies and fun things again.
I wish you all the luck with it. With champix I just got to a day where I said I wouldn’t buy smokes again. No cravings. Yeah I missed it but without that chemical dependance it was so much easier to let go. I hope it’s the same for you.

Yes,I tried few times,imported alcaloid med from Bulgaria.
It does change taste of cigarettes in a disguisting taste.
But if you read pi,you’d see that is contraindicated for people with sz.
As I don’t read pi sheets,I went with the med and expiriented extreme nervousness…
If you could have pi sheet,read it,no for sz people …

Never mind the side effects,you are probably younger than me,so side effects will be tolerable.
Just my expirience is to continue if you don’t have my symptoms.
