Has anyone tried Champix, Chantix or Apo-Varenicline?

I am considering trying this to quit smoking but I am concerned about the symptoms/side effects. Has anyone tried it?

I got off cigs in 2009 on champix. I know others who tried it and got side effects but for me it was an easy process. Just got to my quit date and stopped without any urges or withdrawal. It’s worth a shot.

My husband took it and turned into a complete monster.

He had to quit taking it and give up the cigarettes later.

Try cold turkey

I used to smoke cigarettes
Then I switched over to vaping
Then one day I tried without it for one day. Then next day felt like " that wasn’t that that bad"

And the rest is history
It’s about 5.5 years :+1:

Lozengers worked pretty good for me. First couple of weeks is the hardest. I used the lozengers for like a full month and a bit. 2 months since I’ve vaped today

I don’t want to quit so I’ve halved the amount that I smoked with.help of nicotin.gum.

I honestly don’t want to quit either but my doctor suggests it. Perhaps I can cut back with some kind of replacement. I’ve had reactions to other nicotine products. The only one that worked for me was vaping nicotine salts. Where I live you can’t order them in the mail anymore.
