They removed all the consultation letters and my medical records. These past few days I kept reading every single letter it was over 100 letters. I feel so paranoid and anxious, this morning it got removed because they spy on me and realized its better removed. THEY HAVE NO RIGHT TO REMOVE INFORMATION I GOT RIGHT FOR BUT WHATS DISTRESSING IS THAT THEY ARE LOOKING AT MY ACTIVITY
Managed to calm down through coping skills, phew! All good now
