Amisulpride causes prolactin elevation. I’m not willing to risk it.
I love it so much it is such a good med. ya my prolactin is elevated but no other side effects. It works like a charm.
I like to think of it as a clean AP

I am on 200mg Amisulpride. Feel OK, just tired all the time. What dose are you on ? @Pamito

150mg to boost a full dose of seroquel. Combo really works for me

wow thats a very high dose. I take 200mg as a minimum dose and was on 400mg some times when I was unwell. Went up to 600mg before but that was the highest i took.
The Solian dose range for acute psychosis is generally 400-800mg. Dose is individualized to control positive and negative symptoms.
Can Causes weight gain, erectile and orgasmic dysfunction, tiredness/drowsiness.
Usually 400 and above split dose
Prolactin can be elevated - but so so many others.
Only drug that works for me

I tried solian years ago
Gave me hyper eating all the time side effect at low dose
Was also more psychotic on it and sedated
