I´m put on Solian/Amisulpride for negative symptoms, but I haven´t noticed any difference at all. I started on 25 mg, and now I´m taking 150 mg. My doc says I can higher the dose even more. Have any of you experiences with this medication? Has it helped you? And if it has, which dose do you take? I´m also on Abilify 15 mg, and so tired of this condition! It has to be a way out of it!
I was on 400mg day when i came ill and it was hell. I think your completely wasting your time expecting anything from this. Antipsychotics have been the reason behind all lasting depression i have ever experienced. Antipsychotics cause depression.
Thank you for answering! I´ve read that solian may help for negative symptoms on a low dose? But, yes, maybe it´s the medication that causes my lack of emotions and motivation… My doc don´t think so. But I hope you´re right, can´t stand the thought of being like this forever. Are you taking any antipsychotics now?
Yeah i’m on antipsychotic, 40mg Depixol injection every 2 weeks. My best advice is stick with the meds for now but reduce in time and get off them as they suck the life out of you

I absolutely disagree with getting off antipsychotics. The chances of relapse are high. I am on an antidepressant, fluoxetine and antipsychotic, latuda. I have no depression whatsoever.
I´m not thinking about going off Abilify. But I can´t see that Solian is helping me out. And it´s difficult to know if lack of motivation and emotions are caused by negative symptoms or medication. How do we know??
I take 6mg Invega and 400 mg solian.I had negative symptoms at the beginning like social withdrawal,alogia,avolition.
Now i’m much better, i have the motivation to do things like reading,cooking,bath,some work and i go out with my friends.I also learn to drive.It had been a reduction in my medicines.I started at 12 mg invega and 800mg solian.
I’m 2,5 years on recovery and things get better.I don’t suggest you to stop the medicine.I don’t think that solian causes negative symptoms as it is a low dose.I don’t suggest you to stop it.

I m on 100mg solian and 75 mg efexor as a treatment for social anxiety and panic attacks. I have suffered from psychosis in the past, but with this combination of medications I feel better.
My emotions are not so intense anymore. Downside is that I suffer from fatigue, and my libido is lower. I think healthy food and sport can help to counter these side effects.
It generally allows me to live a normal life, and to have a job, so I am generally satisfied with solian.
Hi. Do you have elevated prolactine levels? I used to take Solian but had to quit because my prolactin levels were too high.
