Social security review again

I have a social security review soon. They send out a bunch of packets to family, friends, and doctors to fill out. And I am nervous what if I haven’t filled it out right. My mother in law told my partner that I can fill it out myself and I know I messed up

Doesn’t sound right. They never asked me about my friends.

They send packets out to people that are with you alot and witness your every day behavior. So I put my partner down on my packet.

I just got one last month, I filled it out, but now I can’t seem to find it. Know it’s been over 30 days. I don’t have a Dr. anymore to do it for me, I’m anxiously searching for that letter.
I’ll keep my fingers crossed for you too @cbbrown, think we both need some luck.

I think Social Security reviews are done every 6 years? And they check what you spend it on once a year?

Social security reviews can be done 1once a year if improvement is expected every three years if improvement is possible but uncertain every 5 years if improvement isn’t expected. You only have to answer stuff about your income if your on ssi They won’t ask about your income if on ssdi

I have both and I fill out the stuff I spend it on every 1 year. But my aunt gets my mail for that stuff so I don’t know?

I am suppose to get reviewed every three years. They never send packets for my Drs. Or friends and family to fill out. They send a form for only myself to fill out. I don’t know why that is.

Yes they would require you to fill out stuff about your income if you get any kind of ssi

SSI but a few years ago they sent forms to my doctor and therapist they never asked what I spent it on
