So paranoid really hard not diagnosed

Im just so paranoid I don’t know what to do. I can’t walk or let alone sit in a room without constantly staring around me thinking someone has a gun pointed on me. Even laying in bed I stay up til 6 am staring at the door thinking someone is going to run in with a gun and shoot me or with a knife and attack me. Walking around the house at 4am to check there are no intruders gets old and is really stressful. Like I said I haven’t been diagnosed yet and I still feel like I have good logic but these thoughts are taking over my mind. It’s just constantly getting worse.

Anxiety. Basically you can talk to a psychiatrist and get prescribed medication for anxiety like I did.

And now I feel like my teeth are growing faces and talking to me. Sometimes I also feel like there’s is a snake living inside me. And that when people point fingers at me a bullet will come out. My mind is constantly overwhelmed with Wierd thoughts like these. Ughhhhhh I’m still able to realize they are not real but they make me want to die. I feel like it’s only moments before I go full blown psychosis and end up in a hospital. Such a Wierd and scary feeling knowing your currently sane but on a path to insanity.

I just wanted to say hello, and I hope you feel better soon.

If you do feel like your starting to crumble… going to a professional or even calling a help line might be a start on feeling better.

Sounds just like me when I was undiagnosed. I thought the weirdest things. Definitely try an anti psychotic you will notice your mind will think much more with common sense and certainty.
