So been doing well with my little home gym but had a rest day today. I kinda like the feeling of soreness and exhaustion from phsyical exercise but it’s been cold today so had a day off to recuperate. Only done a bit over 10,000 steps which still isn’t too bad.
It’s dads birthday tomorrow. Turns 78 so we are going out for lunch with Aunty. Should be good but I’ll get back into the exercise tomorrow. Meanwhile. Been able to get an hour gaming in to relax which is good. Need to try and get some hobby time in too. I am just trying to keep busy, busy, busy and it’s working pretty well.
thanks mate. Trying to drop weight and build a bit more muscle for the summer cricket season. I’d like to be able to bowl a bit this year for something different. Move down the order for batting so just have some fun with it. I am not sure how much longer I’ll be able to play at soon to be 52 so it’s all part of the plan!
