So I’m a over a week in on my new exercise and eating regime. I have limited myself to 3 meals a day and no snacking. Well mostly as dad continues to buy jam donuts for morning tea!
Anyways. I need to go shopping tomorrow for a belt. I’ve lost a little weight and trimmed up some and my belt has reached it’s end. I’ve actually lost enough and toned up that my current belt has run out of notches so tomorrow I’m going out to buy a new belt!
I hate clothes shopping but I’m proud to say I am doing well with things and it’s kinda a nice thing to see some good results by some simple discipline! Yay me!
haha. Thanks @anon94176359 . I’m more worried about my modesty. Was running round the park the other day with my pants falling down! The world does not need to see that! Trust me!
Yeah want to bowl some overs this winter. Working hard on fitness. Medium pace seam up is hard to do but I think I can do a role. Wouldn’t mind moving down the order in batting to give others a go. I’m older and eyes aren’t what they used to!
