So been doing really well with the exercise. Not really losing weight but toning up a lot that it’s noticeable. Still. Need to move to a more targeted type program to get rest and recuperation into my body. Meanwhile tomorrow is a rest day so looking forward to that. Just the usual steps so I’ve been down a bit but doing my 13,500 steps a day minimum.
No plans really but I might play a bit of a game I just got on steam. Other than that just actually taking it easy for a day. We’ve got enough meat and salad in the house … dad found some lettuce at the supermarket again so next few days it’s plain sailing!
