Most nights I get about 4 to 5 hours before I wake back up. It’s been this way for years now. I don’t mind, but I’m guessing it’s not that healthy for you. I typically fall back asleep a couple times in hour increments throughout the day. Today I fell asleep for 3 hours. It felt strange. I was groggy and didn’t feel good to go run errands.
I can easily sleep for 10+ hours a night if I don’t set my alarm.
Sorry your sleep seems jacked up.
I sleep from about 9:30-5:30 everyday.
Rarely do I deviate from the schedule.
When it happens,
I feel weird.
I can’t sleep at all, not even a minute, without pills
what pills do you take?
I’ve tried all kinds.
Zolpidem, zopliclone, lorazepam, doxylamine sucinate, benadryl, gabapentin, trazodone, promethazine plus melatonin and various sleep herbs. I have better luck with some than with others.
Tonight I am going to try 2mg of clonazepam, I’ve never done that before.
I’m with you, I hardly sleep and when I do it’s lousy. I need pills to sleep for more than 6 hours.
I’m the opposite. I sleep 12 hours each night.
I slept 4 hours last night was up for 3 hours then slept 1 more hour.
ah yea i get that too. If i fall asleep during the day then i feel really weird after i wake up again.
