I had a good sleep schedule for 6-8months and these past two months I’m waking up at 3-5pm and going to sleep at like 4-6am. Woke up at 6 today and pissed I lost today.
Not on any life schedule anymore, could be part due to why.
So how’s your sleep schedule, do you stay up all night sleep during the daytime, sleep multiple times a day,

my sleep schedule is horrible, i hardly sleep. It was a good thing for a while but i need to pull it back a bit cause its causing symptoms. gotta get my sleep back in order
