On a horrible sleeping schedule

I woke up at 5 PM today… anyone else on a horrible sleeping schedule?

Not that bad… I´m used to take a nap at 9pm to wake up at 00 and stay awake for a couple of hours. Morning just fine. Sometimes I take 2 naps (one in the afternoon, one in the evening at 9pm).

But today I didn´t… going to sleep soon I guess

I sleep from 10pm to 10 am. Medications make me tired. I want to start getting up around 6am.

I always wake up in the afternoon. Sucks when doctors keep trying to schedule 10 am appointments.

Yeah my meds do the same to me.

I was, but my pdoc’s office is trying some new things. Recently (very recently), I’ve been taking meds during the 8 o’clock hour and trying to fall asleep during the 10 o’clock hour. I do wake throughout the night several times, but I’m generally able to stay awake during the day. I hope I can keep it up.

Mine is not horrible just unusual. 12-6 , 11-6, 10-5 , 10-3 , 7-7, 9-8 are more common then 10-6.

I use to have a terrible sleeping pattern. I would sleep twice a day. I slept around beginning at 12 midnight, to 4 in the morning……then I would sleep again at 7 to 11 in the morning.

I’ve been waking up at 6 PM. It will eventually shift to day time but might take a bit. I sleep around 12 hours on Seroquel.

If i didnt work i would sleep 12 to 16 hours a day.

When i didnt work for a few years,
I used to sleep till about 3 or 4pm get up eat some cereal, for a change of pace sit on the couch for 2 hours then sleep another 12 hours.

Then id slowly be moving forward on the clock till i was waking up at 10pm or midnight or 2am.

I get around it by forced schedule, light therapy and micro doses of melatonin to try and keep my circadian rhythm entrained.
