My doc thinks I have sleep apnea. I’m scared about the test and I’m scared if I have it I won’t get used to the mask. Anyone out there have it?
I have a friend who has it, she didn’t initially have the mask, but had to go for observations in a sleep clinic, but this was a few years ago!

My uncle does. It really helps you in the long run, it will help clear up any exhaustion you have. I think the only problem he’s had is that his wife thinks the machine is loud and has trouble sleeping with it, but before that she also had trouble sleeping bc of his loud snoring

I have it but I use an oxygen concentrator with little tubes that go in the nostrils. Hopefully if I eventually lose enough weight I won’t need it anymore.

For me the test was just a monitor on my finger that showed how much oxygen was in my blood while I slept. No pain.
