My personal view is no they shouldn’t. Less of a problem in Canada where I live but still a problem in Canada as well as in the us and elsewhere.

I probably should not be allowed to have a gun, and I’m not even fully diagnosed yet. I think psychosis in general should disqualify you as well as if you have been known to be suicidal.

This is not a yes or no answer. Not black or white. It’s grey. The general answer is, it depends. Case by case. You can NOT throw all of us in one category. We are all different.

Well I take it back. I live in America and not only is Bearing arms a RIGHT to us, for most of us it is NATURAL. We have a total different love for our guns than any other citizens in any other country. So I prolly should sat this one out… to touchy of a subject:

I can’t speak for anyone else but you should not let me have a fire arm. I can literally go get one without a background check or license, and I’m not talking about a hand gun…

i dont think anyone should be allowed to unless the person could thoroughly prove theyre stable and not a danger to themselves or others. That should go for anyone, mentally ill or healthy. they should also register and keep track of any guns purchased imo. they should also have a system that if a person is showing red flags that they may be homicidal or suicidal they can have their weapons temporarily confiscated.

I heard Ice T make a good statement. So many people in America own guns, do your really want to be the only one without them? But he also said he will give them up when everyone else does so I think that’s fair.

I’m pretty confident if I owned a gun I would have killed someone by now. I get too many homicidal voices and urges.

I think not cause alot of szcs are suicidal. But szcs are very well in keeping others alive. So i think they would not shoot other people.
