I don’t think there are too many Saphris users on here so I always chime in about it. I’ve been on it for 3 years. Like any med it has its good and bad points. For me it is a great drug. Sticking out the first few weeks is the hardest part because it is a new experience. Like @eduvigis said your tongue will go numb because its sublingual but it is flavored, some say they can still taste the chemical but I can’t over the black cherry flavoring. I do think I’ve lost some sense of taste as I need more salt and spices in my foods but then I also think that that may be something to do with aging and changing taste buds. After my pdoc and I found the correct dosage my hallucinations and dissociation went away completely. It is very sedating, I fall asleep within 30 minutes of taking it and sleep anywhere from 9-12 hours. But I wake up clear headed not foggy/groggy as I had on other meds. Also after taking it is the uncontrollable urge to move your legs around until you fall asleep. This went away after a while and annoyed my partner more than me. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
