I lost 7ib in 2 weeks with just walking more and eating healthier

Didn’t change much and I certainly haven’t been as active as I could have been. So for Feb I’m really going to push myself a bit more. Try and do my 10.000 (5 miles) 5 days a week. Do my Dumbbells exercises as well.

Also I signed for for a 12 week exercises and healthy eating class at my local NHS health centre. I’m going for this.

That’s awesome. I’m getting a treadmill this month so I hope to maybe lose some.
