I did my usual when I go to gym, I walked for 30 min at 2 miles per hour, then the treadmill forced a 5 minute cool down at 1.5 miles per hour (they have them set where you can only be on it for your workout for 30 minutes so everyone has a chance at them)
Then I did some weighted stuff to work on my belly!
I feel great!! My legs are a little sore though but I’m feeling good!!
@HollyHobby so true… especially since I’ve been so down lately it was great!! I was told to do some self care and that is most of it… and getting a 44 oz diet mountain due… I swear I don’t get those very often usually I just get the small twist top that’s in the fridges at grocery stores if that
