My exercise routine is swimming 45 mins a week in the Winter period and a 15 mile hike every two weeks in the Summer period. I dont really have a diet, I just stay away from eating unhealthy foods. Nothing strict I suppose.

Your routine is same like me,except that I lift some weights.I am eating a lot of unhealthy weights and it actually makes it harder to run,’maybe the protein is too littke

it’s too much to type out. but basically this is my workout routine. I have a home gym so workout at home.

Monday Wednesday Friday, leg day, deep squats, deadlifts and other exercises. as well as cardio 5 minutes jump rope then 5 minute rest, then 5 minute jump rope then 5 minute rest, followed by 20 minutes on stationary bike, as well as 20 minutes of ab work.

Tuesday Thursday Saturday, upper body workout, cardio, and abs,

my diet is protein heavy. with some carbs for my cardio.

wake veggie juice

breakfast, fruit smoothie, scrambled eggs with cheese and salsa

lunch. 2 turkey burgers no bun, with salsa, and large garden salad

dinner chicken and rice, with steamed veggies

pre bed meal bbq salmon

Should I start picking up healthy food to eat or buy a protein powder and as time goes then try eat healthier?

I think getting your protein from food is best. im not sold on protein powders, but I have bought them in the past. im not sure how affective they are. never really worked for me.

milk is good if you tolerate dairy. usually I avoid milk because it gives me acne and excess mucous. but that’s just my problem. more power to you if it digests well for you.
