My pdoc prescribed me Seroquel 25 mg to take it as needed when needed. He said it should help reduce my anxiety and calm me down. He said it might increase appetite so be careful.

God, that’s a huge dose of Wellbutrin. Wouldn’t that counter the effects on the anti psychotic?
I think most people take 450 mg Wellbutrin. I started with 150. I seem to be fine, other than the anxiety and intrusive thoughts.
I’ve taken Seroquel and it is very sedating,
And made me ravenously hungry.
But I was taking a massive dose nightly,
I feel like you’ll probably get a low sedation and not many side effects with that amount of mgs.

It help control my anxiety asociated with paranoia. It is also very sedating.

When I started having mores symptoms again at one point, my doctor gave me Seroquel supplements to take as needed on top of my regular meds. Seroquel makes me kinda drowsy, so I would usually take them at night. It was very helpful. And when I felt a little better, I was able to stop taking the extra medication. I kept what was left as a PRN and eventually even got a refill just in case I needed them again. But yes, the added Seroquel was very helpful when things got uncomfortable.

I have 200 mg Seroquel. Helps me fall asleep.
You can get dizzy in the beginning. If that happens, just go to bed. You’ll fall asleep at once. Guess it might be higher doses than 25 mg making you dizzy. I was on 300 mg for a year.
Dizziness is from low blood pressure. It’s normal.

I take 50mg Seroquel as needed.
It makes me a little stoned/dizzy after about an hour, so I try to only take them if I have the opportunity to go sleep.
It makes me sleep for sometimes up to 13 hours, but I feel great mentally when I do wake up.

I’ve taken Seroquel for 15 years, 100 mg. in the morning and 100 at night. It does increase my appetite. I don’t notice any therapeutic effects, though that doesn’t mean there aren’t any. I still have really bad anxiety and paranoia. 25 mg. is a really low dose.

25mg seroquel will knock you tha fugg out for a couple of weeks, then youll build up a tolerance. seroquel will also make you ravenous, its possible youll gain weight. at 25mg this might not be an issue though, more like 100mg up

at that dose its mostly an antihistamine, like benadryl

Seroquel helped me a lot. Like you, I started at 25 to help with anxiety and sleeping.
The doctor increased my dose 25mg at a time until I was on 200mg. Then it was more an AP and less of a sleep aid.

I too, have been prescribed Quetiapine a.k.a. Seroquel to help me with my sleep. 25mg is too low of a dosage and 50mg (2 tablets) makes me woozy. I wish there was a 37.5mg tablet.

Same here. 25mg is not enough, 50mg is too much.
