Thanks a lot, for the +ve comment.

I feel like I’ve ran out of options to be totally honest. The meds aren’t working an changing them doesn’t seem to be an option.

When I used high dose of anti psychotics my mind was positive and when I lower the dose my mind becomes negative. I used Olanzapine 20 mg every night and Resperidone 4 mg every morning and every evening for a long time and quit them and started using Aripiprazole/Abilify 15 mg every morning and every evening. Now my mind is positive and I feel awesome. For memory problems and for cognitive problems I blame " low dopamine "

I’m going to use some supplements for low dopamine. I think my Father will give me money today. I need at least 6,500 to 7,500 Rupees for all those supplements and Abilify supply for 2 months.

I am not supposed to post here what I use as I am already hinted not to do so. If I see improvement then I will contact Szadmin and post the update on my well being if he agrees for me to do so.

Thanks.

So far my health is worse when compared to a healthy human being and my health is awesome when compared to myself few months ago.

I posted all the nootropics and health supplements and herbs I used taking few months ago in this forum in different threads/topics/posts and drugs/medication too.

I only quit for the sake of not having enough money.

All of them work wonders.

Many wanted to know if Memantine works. Yes it works. In the beginning you get Brain fog as days go by memory improves and you can read about all of it if you google search and read articles on reddit.

One may argue reddit isn’t a reliable source.

Not if you read comments posted by researchers working on those fields.

reddit nootrpics subreddit is a place to start with.

Best: Anti psychotics

Next most important: Everything that improves health in general for Schizophrenics.

Last most important: Everything that improves health of a human being.

Thanks again.

Take care.

@anon93437440 I really wish that you would go to an independent pdoc for a consult, rather than having your dad’s friend prescribe meds for you.

It just seems to me that you are frequently changing either meds or supplements or both. It’s almost like you’re doing science experiments on yourself which is risky. That’s also why we finally had to ask you to stop posting about your frequent med and or supplement changes on the forum.

I honestly don’t think reddit is a reliable source, because I think anyone can pose as a doctor and make a post on it. also I feel that comments and the alleged doctor’s reaction to comments would probably be quite helpful in determining whether a post contains valid and professional information. yet again, I’m usually paranoid when it comes to determining the validity of information…
