I’m having a nice evening- sitting in bed with my dog and daughter while my daughter plays a new video game. I need to go bake lemon cupcakes, but I’m just not feeling it right now.

I have the neatest lemon slices to put on top of them, and a special icing tip to make them look extra nice. I’ll post pics if they turn out well.

I feel sick. I had to take little led to the urgent care today and I’m really hoping I didn’t pick something up. It’s only 8pm, but I might go to bed soon because I feel like I’m about to vomit.
I really need to clean tomorrow. I was supposed to get it done this afternoon, but wasn’t home.

There’s a nasty bug going around here. We’ve been sick 6 weeks, all 5 of us. Doctors just say it’s viral, go home, no meds except cough suppressants for John cause he works. And Tylenol 3 with codeine so he could sleep. That was 2 weeks ago, lasted 2 days. We’re living on tylenol cold and alka seltzer plus maximum flu meds. It’s ridiculous. I was th growing up today, but I haven’t slept since Tuesday, and it’s not helping. Walgreens didn’t put thru my xanax rx to my pdoc LAST Thursday like they said they did, cause I had 3 days left at that point. She woulda filled it that day, but yeah. I got the run around from Walgreens and finally today I kinda got hostile with their call center and they finally put thru the refill request. It was filled by pdoc by 2pm. Ugh. Stupid pharmacy.

Why is it that the mom and pop shops have the best deals and best quality foods ?
I just bought 15 wings for $15 and they tasted like premium restaurant wings.
At a restaurant, you’d pay about $15 per 9-10 wings.
I dont get it.

@agent101g not sure about Northern California Redbox locations. Here they’re usually around 7 Elevens and sometimes in Groecery stores or drug stores. I think you can search for redbox near you on the website by zipcode.

Good morning @Ooorgle! Yesterday turned out to be a nice day. I’m hoping today is a good day too. It’s not everyday but lately the one that got away has been on my mind. Not all day either, just for short moments in the middle of the night. It must have something to do with all the beer I drank, that and the Holidays maybe too. I’ve made peace with the fact that I’ll never see her again and most likely won’t ever talk with her again. I’m not a mess about it. Some funny memories I guess. It’s been years, life can be funny that way.
