Feel like crap bc I confided some serious stuff to a friend(I have one at the moment) and his response was that it was too early in the morning. There’s something up with my med cocktail and I am thinking the two blood pressure pills I’m on might have something to do with it.

I almost want to start over and rebuild my med regimen. But I know better… it took me 9 months to develop psychosis the only time I went off the meds. (2012).

Black seed oil is moderately effective. Good anti-inflammatory.

just had some vanilla bean ice cream. it was nice and soft, not frozen. it was good but i don’t enjoy sweets like i used to. need to make something healthy to eat now.

I’m having trouble with panic, anxiety. I’m freaked out by having to meet potential drivers. I know I have to do it. Why is it so hard to make myself do it?

A driver that will take me on errands and a separate foodbank run. I can drive, but have no car.

Feel kinda blechy. Im making boiled eggs for egg salad sandwiches. I find those pretty tasty. In another dry spell at getting battle royale victory. Sometimes gaming gets unfun.

Watching a documentary on YouTube. I love it. It’s called The Buddha. Richard Gere narrates.

So ate McDonald’s. Twas good. Lunch and dinner is pretty safe at Mackies but breakfast is another matter especially with sausage burritos.
