Had the results from my heart monitor back today. Bit confused tho - cos when i had the blood test in ER, they said there were protiens in it.
They are saying, ive just got hereditary Tachycardia. Both sisters have had stents fitted, and the other twin has a murmur.
But according to them im fine 
Just been prescribed Atenalol. Beta blocker to slow it down from 140 bpm.
Ive been testing it today - and now its at a respectable 85bpm.

I napped a while. Still feel down. Seems like I am getting some nasty thought insertion today aside from the voices this morning.
Gonna put some music on. Probably no instruments today. Feels like I am carrying a ton of bricks on my back.
I am a pretty content person so this stuff pops up sometimes.

I wanna build stuff to sell Iāve been watching a guy almost everyday I see his videos of him making bows that work I wanna become a bit of a business but not like a big business like Starbucks I wanna work from home I might take up fly tying and selling them or make fishing lures my dad used to make these cool lures we made enough that we had too many and gave them away for free idk how much money I can make tying flies for fly fishing selling bows and lures

once i figured out the thing that made shoes so bad was the wide width of my feet ive been getting a few comfortable shoes lol usually i used to be barefoot for months at a time and would wear giant snow boots whenever taking my dog outside, now ive got some comfy wide running sneakers and crocs that i got both for cheap. tbh i kinda like buying cheaper stuff sometimes i feel like name brand things are barely better quality materials just to throw on a logo and charge over $100

Got out for a while. Million ass out of towners in the grocery store opening up their stupid cabins for Presidentās Day weekend. Both bars are full of people. Ffs! There was someone on my ass steady with a shopping cart. Should have stayed home.
I didnāt go in the bars. Just saw the parking lots. Still sober though I am crazy stressed.

No sleep last night, so itās been a not so good day. I havenāt been outside today because Iām fatigued from the insomnia. Hoping for sleep tonight.
I bought this glitter lamp after the old one broke. Kind of antidepressive to watch the movement and bright colors.

The manager I donāt like is losing her job due to a restructuring. A new General manager from another location will also now be our general manager.
Iāve never worked at a place that had that happen before. I hope this new one is decent.
Honestly, the other manager made me extremely uncomfortable. So much so, that I was uncomfortable at work altogether. She was mean sometimes and seemed to have a personal problem with me is how my husband summed it up.
Anyway, I wonāt see the old manager by the time I get back from vacation. So, at least thatās over.
I did learn a lesson out of all of this.
