Hi folks. I finally slept well. Launched out of bed last night because I thought the house was on fire but no biggie as I went back to sleep right away.
Took a med with a Cola.
Debating on taking my Civil War trip to South Carolina again. I feel I need to get out of my comfort zone at least a little bit. Haven’t really been on a vacation since I was 18 and I am 40 now. It would be fun.
Need to make some calls this morning for my deaf dad.
Saw one cat.

Someone tell me why they score me so low on the GAF scale
Looking at the scale I’d estimate myself to be at 50-70 but they scored me 21 when I ended up in the ward and 40 when I left
