I think meds are very important for our delusions. You can’t stay forever psychotic because at some point you could be a danger to others or to yourself. Meds help

My pdoc dosent want me to start reducing depakine. So I am stuck with it, I will ask her again next month

Depakine is good. I’m also on it. It doesn’t have side effects
for me neither. But I want my hypo maniacal state back. And i wish I was on less meds. Now I only take xanax for sleep

I don’t really want to do anything today; I’m all burned out on teaching, thankfully have only a couple days left before my two-month break from it. I teach today, tomorrow and Monday, though Monday I’m just giving exams.
In about 15 minutes I’ll force myself to do something. I’ll get up, take my morning meds and get in the bathroom to start getting ready to go to campus.

I feel so weird today. I’ve been totally tired and grumpy all day. After I got home from school, I napped for a few hours, but now I feel sick and flat and kind of sad. Kind of lethargic.
I just want to crawl back into bed and forget about the world, but it’s not even 8pm yet.

I’m reading through the little paper that comes with my medicine, and I just found the oddest thing ever. I cannot drink grapefruit-juice on this med, because it will affect the effect.
That’s oddly specific?
I mean, I’m allergic to grapefruit anyways, but still?

Grapefruit interferes with a lot of meds. It does something to the enzymes that normally break them down I think, not really sure what

I’m baking a sweet potato for lunch and its taking FOREVER.
The house is filled with sweet potato smell and I still have to wait half an hour,
Miserable.

This is a pretty common interaction. Grapefruit can affect how medication is absorbed into the bloodstream and cause fatal overdoses.

My migraine is gone now. Had to go to urgent care and they okayed me talking a triple dose of my migraine meds and that seems to have worked for now. But I’m out of meds and when my insurance changed I can no longer afford to get more, so I’ll be ■■■■ out of luck next time.
