Today I went to visit a friend in Singapore, she is one of my support group mate and our group had ended…so everything was fine and stable until the last half hr of the visit,i went to see her for 2 hrs…we played crawl machine and went for a small meal…but in the final 20 minutes I just feel the negative energy building up,in the end when I was about to leave I said something like calling them short and used the word son of the bitch(I was actually trying to be funny) but it all went wrong…I think I left a bad impression to her and her friends…it really sucks,i hope I learn from this and never ever happen again!
Everyone makes mistakes - don’t dwell on it. I suspect that you’re probably thinking things went worse than they actually did go. If no one was screaming at you to leave - it probably wasn’t that bad.
Its easy to think that people judge you worse than they actually do. Thats a common problem for people with schizophrenia. Most people don’t spend their time thinking and judging other people - most people have a lot of things going on in their lives and unless its someone they really like and are thinking positive thoughts about - they probably aren’t thinking negative things.
I already sent a msg to apologize for what I said in the end,I will go to sleep, thanks @SzAdmin
I wouldn’t worry too much on it. Sometimes while trying to make a good impression we can say the most stupid of things. Main advice is always just try and relax and just be yourself…I hope you sleep well btw.
Thanks I went to sleep,I wake not worrying much anymore…
