Really trying to challenge my delusion and hallucinations

There’s a lot going on in my life right now that I wish was delusional. I challenge some of my beliefs, though. They’re remarkably persistent.

Some people call them angels some say they are guided by voices maybe someone is speaking through the speaker on the tv

I believe that we have an instinct that evolved in that area of communication. I have tried communicating that way when I went in my back yard one night and looked up at all the stars in space and sent out I very loud silent cry for some beings out there to come and help this Earth. I yelled silently in all directions as far as I thought I could.

I knew the area of the brain to incorporate subconsciously from an experience I had years before that proved telepathy to be a real experience.

You may have experienced some real telepathy but just like being paranoid a little bit by something that triggers a bit of real paranoia in a normal person too can get magnified to the point where it crosses the line of being a reality to being something much bigger then the original experience we may have had. There just seems to be no brakes on that part of our imaginations that is set free from a real experience. You have to understand this and why it happens and why we need medications to control our run away mind trips.
