Real ID dilemma

I may have to go ahead and trade my DL for a State ID card that doesn’t expire. You can get one when you’re 60 or older. I no longer have a car or drive. If the government will trade my “Real” DL for a “Real” ID card, I’ll wait until Covid19 is over, and the public buses get back to normal. Right now you can only ride the bus if you’re going to your job, getting groceries, or going for a doctor, health, or pharmacy.
I have a problem if I have to submit documentation again. I’ll need two proofs of residency. My bank statement is one, but I may not have the other. One is a phone bill not more than 6 months old. I have one dated 07/2020, but don’t get them anymore because I switched to a prepaid cellphone. The other one I might have is a Property Tax receipt or invoice. I have a 2020 tax bill that says “Statement”, but I don’t know if that’s what they are talking about. I no longer have a car so I will no longer receive a Property Tax bill. I may have to hurry up and trade in my DL before my documentation expires. Otherwise I’ll have to get a non “Real” ID and not be able to fly on an airplane or go into Federal buildings. I have a passport, but they are expensive, and I’m not going to be able to afford another one when it expires. The State ID card is $5.00.

I just checked, and the 60+ ID that doesn’t expire is only a “Real”.

Issues like that ( about authority ) always make me nervous. I hope it works out for you.
