Im just checking - but im normally on 300mg Quetiapine at night, but this evening ive done 600mg - purely cos the commenting voices have been creeping me out and my Depot is due on monday, so im getting breakthrus’

You’ll be fine, seth, don’t worry. Me, I took 11 aps in ten years, which was way too much, but its more the illness who damaged me. It also happened to me to take two aps in once, but for one night just, its not a problem

Yeap, I did those kind of things, nothing to worry about. Maybe you’ll feel the difference tomorrow, but it wont damage you at all .
Oh, yeah, 600 mg is still a safe dose.
You’ll just sleep for a lot longer than usual. 
Did you talk to your doctor about using it this way? I’m allowed to take a bigger dose as needed, but it’s important that you clear it with your doctor first.
Also, if you have to get up to go to the toilet during the night, be careful since you can get pretty unsteady when you’ve been sleeping more deeply than usual from the Seroquel.
When I’ve had larger than usual doses of seroquel, My motor skills mimic those of a drunk person.
If I get up during the night to go pee, I usually do it fast with minimum lighting to avoid losing my tired 
On the other hand, if I wake up from nightmares, I have a soda and a cigarette so I’ll lose just enough tiredness that I won’t fall back into the same dreams

I’ve come close to faceplanting on the floor a few times.
I’ve taken over a gram of Seroquel repeatedly before so you should be fine but I don’t recommend taking more than you’re prescribed.
Max dose is 750mg so you are fine
I used to be on 600 mg of Seroquel. It made me eat like a bear and then hibernate like one too.
Just woken up - and apart from slight headache, i do feel better and less paranoid. I dont usually double my dose without consulting the Pdoc - but i reckon they would have ok’d the dose anyway.
Ive got a med review soon - so im hoping they up the Serqoul or increase the jab, cos im always getting breakthru’s couple days before its due.
