Good morning/afternoon/evening y’all.
Quick question; U have to alternate spots every now and then right? Like, U can’t just keep putting them on the same spot ?

Hey I’ve had a lot of years with patches lately I have found the most effective spot ever cut the patch in half Place one on each side of the neck lower shoulders this gets the most amount of effective juice to the brain however I don’t like the patches cuz of the nightmares and if you use the same spot make sure you wash it thoroughly before putting another one on
You are correct. Switching arms with each new patch is a good idea. It’ll cut down on possible irritation, and keeps absorption rates steady.
Even just a 1 day right, 1 day left, back to right, will be enough to keep you good.
Trying to quit? Good luck dude.
I have 2 things to say about the nicotine patch…
Yeah, alternate spots.
They didn’t work for me. They got rid of my cravings, but when I finally removed them the nicotine cravings came back. I found it doesn’t matter if you get your nicotine from cigarettes, gum, patches, vape or whatever. When you quit any of them your body starts to crave nicotine again. In the end I just quit cold turkey and suffered through the withdrawal. The only benefit to the patch is it is a healthier way to get your nicotine fix and avoid withdrawals compared with cigarettes.
Try the gum. I quit smoking and contribute it to the nicotine gum.
@Ooorgle , not quit entirely, just lower my nic strength. I’m at 6mg now, last cut to 3mg soon and ill probably stop the patches.
@Jeffmcguire i was on the gum for close to 5 years. Wanna know why I don’t recommend it? Cuz its sweet and itll destroy your teeth b4 u even know it. I luckily had a realization one day to stop the gum or else my teeth would fall out eventually.
Anyways, thnx 4 the replies guys.
